Most business coaches hand you a blueprint. I have a master's degree in clinical psychology and 7 years of training, which means I help you find your own answers instead.
I didn’t set out to become a business coach. I set out to escape a 9-to-5 that was killing my soul.

My background includes 7 years of clinical psychology training (master’s degree earned before leaving the PhD program), nursing, and real-world experience as both a VA and OBM. That psychology training means I coach differently – I’m not handing you a blueprint to follow. I’m helping you find your own answers, mirror back what you can’t see, and get unstuck in a way that actually sticks. My goal is to work myself out of a job. When you trust your own decisions completely and know exactly what to do next, you don’t need me anymore. That’s what success looks like.
